The Villas
C’est La Vie Beach Villas consists of two identical villas, designed to offer privacy, comfort, and harmony with the surrounding nature. Each features spacious en-suite bedrooms and modern amenities, creating the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat or a shared escape with family and friends. Each villa sleeps up to 14 guests (plus 4 toddlers/children), and together they can host up to 36 guests — perfect for families, friends, or large group holidays.

Playroom Area
A relaxed playroom invites downtime for all ages. Settle in with a large Smart TV (streaming apps + international channels) or dive into the PS5, board games, and a bookshelf stocked with children’s and adult titles in multiple languages. It’s the perfect hub for movie nights, quiet reading, or fun play day. For families, note that small-piece toys are stored here.
Kitchen
Entertaining is easy with a fully equipped second kitchen on this level — ideal for group cooking or midnight snacks. You’ll find a fridge, oven & stove, Nespresso machine, kettle, cookware and tableware, so everyone can help themselves without heading upstairs.

The basement level hosts three spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with ample storage, an in-room safe, A/C & ceiling fan, and a Smart TV. En-suite bathrooms feature high-end finishes, double sinks & mirrors, large walk-in showers, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries.
Laundry Room
A dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing station makes long stays effortless (detergent provided). For families, note the child-protected sockets on this level and keep the laundry room closed, as cleaning products are stored here.

The outdoor dining area features a large table for 12 guests, plus an additional table for 6, along with 2 highchairs for babies and several elevation cushions for children. For colder periods, an indoor dining table accommodates up to 14 guests, making it perfect for group gatherings.

Fully equipped to meet every need, the main kitchen includes a large fridge with ice maker, oven and stove, microwave and dishwasher. Guests will also find Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, juicer, and kettle, along with full cookware and tableware for group cooking. A wine fridge with selected Greek wines (available at extra cost) and a filtered-water dispenser providing cold, hot, and room-temperature water complete the experience, combining convenience with eco-friendly living.

The en-suite bathrooms offer double sinks, large walk-in showers, hairdryers, and olive-oil infused toiletries, while floor-to-ceiling windows lead directly to terraces shaded by pergolas, with immediate access to the infinity pool and sea views.
